October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 💗 Our dedicated Breast Unit Team urges everyone to prioritise screening. Mammograms can generally find Breast Cancer at an early stage, meaning they're usually easier to treat, may need less treatment and are more likely to be cured.

I set myself a challenge this month. Run 60miles for Cancer Research UK September challenge. Last run before this was June. I don’t run regularly. It was tough. But I managed it- including 2 x 10k (a PB for me). So to anyone with self doubt - you’ve got this, you can do it!! 👊🏻👊🏻
