Using Lego as a tool to demonstrate how to undertake a QIP effectively. Turns out Lego makes for fun learning! Well done to the winners who made a vehicle to transport the most minifigs the furthest distance! NHS England Workforce, Training and Education Paul Wright is this an ok VTS session?!

a big thank you to Master the Art -mfor coming to our GP teaching this afternoon and helping us all to think about gravitas and how we learn to speak/present with gravitas. The trainees loved it and I think it will help both for consulting and communication!

So pleased for the practice. And well done to our health equity focused trainees who have been part of getting this project off the ground. Hi Mr Motivator MBE and BBC News (UK) - just wondering if your like to rethink your generalist that GPs donโ€™t exercise? Evidence of this GP exercising plenty and I know a lot of other GPs who have - run a half marathon, taken part in hyrox, train at least 3 x per week, etc

Love seeing the HEFT trainees developing their knowledge of the wider NHS. Working towards not just finishing their GP training but how they might shape the future of general practice! Rahhiel Riasat NHSE Workforce, Training and Education โ€“ EoE

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. ๐Ÿ’— Our dedicated Breast Unit Team urges everyone to prioritise screening. Mammograms can generally find Breast Cancer at an early stage, meaning they're usually easier to treat, may need less treatment and are more likely to be cured.

I set myself a challenge this month. Run 60miles for Cancer Research UK September challenge. Last run before this was June. I donโ€™t run regularly. It was tough. But I managed it- including 2 x 10k (a PB for me). So to anyone with self doubt - youโ€™ve got this, you can do it!! ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป
