I share deep sorrow at the horrific terrorist attack on Israel that has killed hundreds. The images and reports of violence, brutality, suffering, and loss of life are devastating and reprehensible.

Innovative research at Binghamton University is creating a better world. That focus received a boost recently after the S. H. Ho Foundation Ltd. made a $5.6 million gift to support faculty, the largest single gift from an organization in Binghamton's history.
