Took the same photo and went for a completely different look. I wanted to play off the blue/yellow combo of the water and leaf but in a more abstract way.

Keep it simple... works for photography too! I love finding these quiet and intimate moments. Composing a simple composition and let it be. I did a few did edits (which I will share over the next few days), and was really striving to get out of my normal style. Enjoy!

The last moments few moments for this fish. The Anhinga worked hard to catch this large fish, wiggle it into proper position, and finally begin swallowing it. It was an amazing experience to watch this whole process (it took a good 5 mins). #birdphotography #birdphotos
