CUSD schools will be closed in observance of Memorial Day on May 25, 2020.

Coronado Unified School District will observe an April Recess from April 10 - 13, 2020. Classes resume on April 14, 2020.

There will be no school during CUSD Spring Break, March 30 - April 3, 2020.
School resumes April 6, 2020.

In observation of Lincoln's Birthday, there will be no school on February 14, 2020. Additionally, in observation of President's Day, there will be no school on February 17, 2020. Classes will resume on Tuesday, February 18th.

There will be no school on January 20, 2020 in observance Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

There will be no school for students on January 17, 2020. This day is a Teacher Workday.

Students are surrounded by inspiration at Silver Strand Elementary - even from Harry Potter! Students in Ms. Bartczak's 4th grade class begin the day with their regular 'Meet-Up' discussion that is purposefully designated to strengthen connections, classroom culture, & community.
