One nice football plus on this fine morning is that following Forest Green Rovers relegation from the football league we are back to being the only side in the top four leagues wearing predominantly green at home. As it should be 💚

In all reality we probably have 4 more games with this man in a green shirt. What a player and what outstanding loyalty he showed to us when we needed it.

Get to 20 goals and take us to safety, captain 💚

Leicester City have the biggest budget in the championship and the second least amount of travelling to do across the season.

Plymouth Argyle have the smallest budget and the most travelling of any club in football league.

Guess who is moaning about travel though?🤣

Finn Azaz is a bigger miss to this side than Schumacher or any of the staff that left. We just don’t connect as a team without him.

We’ve got 4 tough games left now and all we can do is pull everyone together in an attempt to get over the line.

The championship is a mad league. 41 games in and if results go our way mid week we could be 16th. If they go against us we could be 23rd. Unbelievable

1,000 tickets already sold for a Friday night game that’s live on sky and a 600 mile round trip.

No fanbase like the green army.

Going to be an incredible atmosphere.

Not going to Warnock is mad. Wouldn’t want him long term but he’s literally the specialist for these moments. One of the purposes of sacking Foster was to create unity. Dewsnip doesn’t achieve that.

Fully behind them for the next 6 games but some weird recent decisions

Dewnip’s questionable judgment has partially led us here and his earlier spell as caretaker was far from ideal. Would say it’s probably his ego that’s stopped a Warnock style appointment.

But - 6 games. All together. Let’s see if we can do it. Come on you greens

Onto the new era. Let’s get everyone to Rotherham on Friday. Who gives a fuck how we do it. All about getting over the line now and rethinking in the summer

Foster has to go. Can be no messing about. The Board must take the blame as well. A weaker frontline than we had in League One, didn’t replace Azaz, backroom set up was amateurish for months.

Put Edwards in charge, get everyone back together and hope we can do it.

Not all blame can be laid at Foster - he should have been given the Schumacher compensation to spend not expected to lose key players and replace with kids. The time it took to get staff in was ridiculous too.

But if we lose Monday, for the unity of Club he’ll need to go

Southgate somehow manages to take some of the best attacking talent in the world and produce awful football. Very similar to what’s happened at Argyle. England set up isn’t all it’s made out to be

Another plus (despite his miss and now 2 game ban) was Mumba. He’s taken some stick but he was excellent today and it’s a pity we’ll lose him for a bit now

A huge bonus today was Cooper. Hazard has done ok but Cooper did not hesitate one time when the ball came to him, he got us moving quickly and gave the back line confidence. Can’t overstate the difference he makes to us getting on the front foot

Best half of the Foster era. Can be no doubt they’re playing for him. Some terrible finishing. Cooper getting us going so much better. Forshaw and Houghton do the same job. Would swap one of them. Come on the Argyle

As tempting as it is to fire anger at Foster, he cannot carry all of the blame.

He’s never managed and has been thrown into the most difficult championship in history with no assistant manager, no coaching staff of his own.

So unprofessional.

Club has to own this too.
