People don't choose to be on disability benefits. It's their last resort.

Stop blaming people with mental health problems. If the Secretary of State wants a grown-up conversation about this, then he should meet with us.

The government say they want to help people with mental health problems get back into work. If so, they need to be serious about investing in chronically underfunded mental health services. And they need to meet with the experts. We await the full details of the consultation. 3/3

Millions of people are struggling with their mental health right now. Taking away crucial financial support is not going to fix the problem - it will only make this worse. 2/3
