Most gillnet fishing now is sierra mackerel, nearshore areas favored for spawning schools, & ideal time is night. These are a known risk to #vaquita (D'Agrosa et al 2000), we also interviewed a SF fisher who pulled up a vaquita in his sierra net years ago
