The EU AI Act allows consumers to file complaints with national regulators, but not to sue. This is (a) smart and (b) the opposite of a private right of action. @EpicPrivacy seems confused about the difference. Letting anyone sue is (c) crazy.

Complete misunderstanding of Section 230. Congress granted immunity to platforms from user-generated content. Period.

It would have been unconstitutional for Congress to also require platforms to be neutral, because Congress can’t regulate the content of speech.
