In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Bears director of wellness Carla Suber discusses how she helps rookies make the transition from college to the pros

This past Saturday #DaBears partnered with the Rockford Park District to host youth and girls flag football clinics. LB Tremaine Edmunds and Offensive Assistant - Running Backs Coach Jennifer King shared some knowledge and encouraged the participants to work hard and dream big.

Last week on Thursday, Mini Monsters and former DL Henry Melton visited Bryant Elementary in Harvey, IL to run students through our clinic.

The season moves pretty fast.
