Can’t get my Favorites to activate from the @TuneIn iOS app. Tried with and without VoiceOver. Anyone else?

dear @teamyoutube and Google Accessibility, does each video on the home screen of the youtube app on iOS have to take up 3 VoiceOver elements? that requires I flick 3 times past a video I don't watch instead of a more manageable 1. The VoiceOver actions rotor action exists for a reason.
