'Grant-makers and trusts now have fewer funds to give out... as one of the lesser-known types of neurodivergence, despite our hard work to rectify this, dyspraxia continues to often be near the bottom of the pile for support'.

⚠️⚠️Our current chair is stepping down from the role in May. Sadly, without a Chair, it is unconstitutional to continue. If no-one applies for the position of Chair, the committee will have to begin proceedings to disband BPOS from June. Would you consider applying?

This ⬇️ Something that “medical intervention” does not deal with. The role of patient support groups/charities and peer support is so important. Navigating the emotional and psychological realignment of chronic illness is just as hard, if not harder than the physical adjustments
