In fact the 'Safety' of Rwanda Act can, and probably will, be challenged on the same grounds. If successful this would obviously change any plans to expel any asylum-seekers from Northern Ireland to Rwanda.

Pleased to see that Art 2 of Windsor Framework and the GFA itself are giving NI some protection from the horrible Illegal Migration Act, and hopefully the vile Rwanda Act in due course.

Solution lies with the UK Parliament repealing these Acts, and a better, humanitarian policy.

Today the SDLP Opposition presses the Executive parties to tell us when they will deliver a Programme for Government.
