Crazy to think I have major gold medal amateurs stars from top amateur boxing countries messaging me for advice on contest days. Good to know some countries are putting my 36yrs of experience to use! 🇮🇪🥊 My Irish granny would be happy. 😂

We fight, are concussed, dropped, hurt, humiliated, ecstatic whatever way you want to look at it. Then get a mic shoved in our faces at the end of the fights and have to answer to the media. Yet they can’t justify a terrible scorecard that is so bad it looks corrupt. Why? 🤷🏻‍♂️

I asked a judge a few weeks back Paul why & how he scored a particular fight the way he did (wrong imo) & his answer was that “the guy looked busier” I said “busier doing what” he said “just like looked like he was being busier” that was enough. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

I believe they spar hard in preperation for contests. Barry is from the era of hard sparring, as am I really. However they seem to be very intelligent about how much they do & when.

Watching a clip with Danny Garcia and his Dad talking about sparring. The quickest ways to shorten a career. Many brave coaches out there who have never boxed & can’t teach make young guys spar to hard. Idiots. Don’t trust them with your kids!
