I originally posted this in 2019, it was funny.

5 years later & it’s an actual reality in Alberta classrooms.

My 10 yr old was in brand new (1 yr) Public school sharing room with 41 other kids.
One mile away was brand new school for 400 kids that had 93.
Public/Catholic is such a stupid way to run an education system in 2024 & forward.
We can offer more choice, more fairly & efficiently.

We need to take politics out of our schools. It is possible to build a better education system - one that ensures every single student is set up for economic, social and community success.

But since MLA Bouchard's invite was little more than a dog whistle (see below👇) and ideological theatre, here is how I responded:
