Power confs must opt in (~$20-22 million/yr), but the plan is structured off NCAAT success. Thus, the ACC—stricken w/ discord and fear of defections via lawsuits and private-capital $$—will pay more than the mega-wealthy SEC b/c the ACC was better at making/winning in the NCAAT.
